Alan Blount (he/him) is a Sr Product Manager at Google Cloud Vertex AI. We help devs build trusted and collaborative Gen AI agents. My buzzwords are A2A, ADK, Agent Engine, MCP, Grounding/RAG, NL2SQL and Agent Ops. Previously worked on Payments Smart Router (ML multi-arm-bandit) optimization & analytics. Before Google, Alan was a Tech Lead / Full Stack Developer helping build startups into successful small companies, since ~2001. Alan also mentored at free coding bootcamps, universities, and has spoken at conferences and meetups.
